Precise shadow casting was too slow, so I added simpler, fast method for shadowing.
Also, I'm working here on my old Athlon XP 1500+, so I've added support for lower details because the gameplay started to slow down - just a little bit. That's how it looks in lower detail and with shadows.

First early screenshots
I've manged to do the battle system, some graphics and animation. Before leaving a comment please remember that this is still a huge 'work in progress' (no shadows, no allies, only one orc model etc) but it gives a glimpse of how the game will feel like.
